With years of culinary experience behind him, Chef Bill brings a refined skillset and unwavering passion to our kitchen. As Head Chef, he’s dedicated to bringing James Beard Award-winning Chef Spencer Watts' menu to life with precision and creativity, showcasing his own unique vision in every dish.
Andrew — GM
With extensive expertise in hospitality and a talent for cocktail creation, Andrew brings dynamic leadership and innovation to our team. Known for being a wizard behind the bar, Andrew is excited to lead daily operations and build a team focused on delivering superior guest experiences and culinary distinction.
